Brock waiting in line to go to class!!
Brock started kindergarten today and he did great! It was way harder on me than him. He had met his teacher and did testing already so he knew where to go and what to do. He didn't get to ride the bus to school but he did ride it home, which was scary for mom. But he was such a good boy and did exactly what he was supposed to. It was
weird having him gone and
Sammi definitely missed him and caused some havoc because of
boredom, but we made it. We are ready for
tomorrow. I think we are going to try to let him take the bus to school
tomorrow. I will follow just to make sure. He is such a big boy and ready to learn and have a fun year. We are so proud and excited for him! So here are a few snapshots of the first day.

Nice job, Brock and Ashley, too. Kindergarten isn't too hard compared to 1st grade when they're gone all day. Hope tomorrow is just as good a day!
I can't believe your oldest is going to kindergarten Ashley. That is insane, where did the years go? I bet that is way hard to see him grow up that fast and to send him on his way to school. Hope all is well.
Brock is such a cutie! His teacher and new school are lucky to have him. We get to do the 25 minute commute as well with Jamie and her charter school but so far it has been well worth it! I hope Brock has a great year.:)
